Order cancellation

An order can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason, provided none of its tickets has been used. If the cable car was not running, cancellation can be requested at any time while the tickets are valid. The amount paid is refunded to the card used for payment within 14 days of receiving the request.

It can be found in the e-mail containing your tickets and has the format TG-XXXX-XXXX.

The request may also be sent by e-mail to office@perlainvest.ro, stating your name and order code.
