Cookie policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a website saves in the browser. Similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage, allow certain information to be kept between two visits. In this document, the term “cookies” refers to both.

The website telegondolapiatraneamt.ro and the online shop bilete.telegondolapiatraneamt.ro are run by PERLA INVEST SRL, whose identification details are given in the document Terms and conditions.

2. Strictly necessary information

The website and the shop save in the browser’s local storage only the information without which they cannot work:

• the shopping basket (the tickets chosen), so that it is not lost when the page is reloaded or when moving from the website to the shop; it is deleted once the order has been placed;
• the option chosen in the cookie window and the date on which it was chosen, so that the window does not appear on every visit; the choice is requested again after 12 months;
• the fact that the visitor has closed the announcement shown on the home page of the website, so that it does not reappear during the same visit; this is kept in the browser’s session storage and deleted when the browser is closed.

This information stays in the visitor’s browser. It is not sent to Perla Invest and is not used to identify the visitor.

3. Services of other providers

The Home and Contact pages of the website may show a Google Maps map with the departure station. The map is provided by Google, which sets its own cookies and may transfer technical data outside the European Economic Area, in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.

For this reason, the map loads only with the visitor’s consent, given through the “Accept all” button or the “Google Maps” option in the cookie window, or through the “Show map” button on the page. Without consent, a short explanation, the “Show map” button and a link to Google Maps are shown in place of the map.

At payment, the customer is taken to the NETOPIA Payments page, which uses its own cookies under the conditions set by NETOPIA Payments.

The order form and the cancellation form use the Cloudflare Turnstile security check, which distinguishes real visitors from automated programs. The check is necessary for the operation and security of the shop and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Details in the Cloudflare privacy policy.

4. Analytics and advertising

The website and the shop do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If such cookies are introduced, this document will be updated beforehand, and they will be activated only with the visitor’s consent.

5. How to change the options

The cookie option can be changed at any time using the “Cookie settings” button in the footer of the website. Saved information can also be deleted from the browser settings, in the section on privacy or site data.

Deleting it does not prevent use of the website. Only the shopping basket and the cookie option chosen are lost.

6. Legal basis

Strictly necessary information is saved without prior consent, in accordance with Article 4(6)(b) of Law No 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, as it is essential for the service requested by the visitor. Google Maps maps are loaded on the basis of the visitor’s consent, which may be withdrawn at any time. Rights relating to personal data are described in the Privacy policy.
